I think you mean Han Byul (main singer of Led Apple). Iām not sure though, because Iām not allowed to watch the video. 
He used to host the show āAfterschool Clubā with Eric Nam. Since he is gone the show has gotten quite boring (in my opinion).

Yes, we do have a institution here called GEMA and they make it very hard for us to watch stuff like music videos on youtube. Itās all about the rights and stuff, but itās fairly stupid, since Iām not even allowed to watch, what has been posted on SM Entertainments Official (!) Youtube account (and others of course).
But thanks to you I can watch the video now.
@purplecandy I already finished all of āHanbyulās Blah Blahā. Itās sad, that he doesnāt have the time anymore to do it, because I think with his ideas it might have gotten even better with a little more time and practice. The āHarlem Shakeā-thing and the random dancing in the first eps were so Hanbyul.
I know, right?!?! I especially love the episodes when Hanbyul teaches English
