thank you so much for this valuable info, obviously the US rules are impacted by the so famous snooping team and they are pushing other countries to follow suit… One thing is pretty confusing “attempting to access” (sounds like doing something criminal) and "is unauthorized and expressly prohibited" (I think Viki needs to respond to us about this asap!!) “not that we want to open an can of worms”
anyway Ive never accessed these terms and it’s good to read them here, the age rule is interesting, I will borrow this for another discussion when a user critzed a N17 movie to be removed because 9 years old are watching viki dramas…
I want to add 2 cents, the concept and freedom between our and their site is so different like day and night; ours is community focused and global/cultural interaction, theirs is business play nice, look nice attidude, and I bet they are jalous of ours, there it is
