My friend got these and I’m so jealous of her!
And for the first time I’m eagerly waiting for my birthday to come. Did anyone get wishes like this earlier?

No, never. It must be a new thing. My birthday is on July 3rd, so a VERY new thing.

I received an email and pop up on my birthday too. It felt good.

But there was nothing special on my profile (I thought there would be since they specifically said “Visit your profile”)

I received it this year as well, and I actually thought I’d gotten it last year too, but when I checked it appeared I didn’t. They must’ve implemented it this year. Though I think that instead of saying how much you’ve contributed since you’ve joined Viki, other stats would be nice such as how many contributions you made in the past year.

I got this on my birthday! there was a huge pop-up when I logged in :sweat_smile: I actually think it’s so sweet of them… I almost cried :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Though they still insist on calling me by the wrong name :joy: Whatever, at least they remembered.

Never had it, but my birthday is next month so who knows. Though I have no idea whether Viki even knows my birthday… :thinking:

It’s one of the mandatory things to fill out when you create an account, so yes, Viki knows :stuck_out_tongue:

I wonder if @irmar had to enter her birth date because she’s been part of Viki since forever and maybe your birth date wasn’t a mandatory field then… @irmar have you checked if Viki knows?

I didn’t get anything, but my birthday was much earlier in the year.

Fun fact, though: On the app, if I go to ‘my account’, it has my birthday listed wrong (off by one day), but if I go to edit my profile to try to change it, it is actually listed correctly. :woman_shrugging:t4:

What a weird glitch to have. Oh well, it doesn’t appear there’s anything I can do about it. If I happen to get a birthday message next year, it will be interesting to see which day they send it.

I’m pretty sure @irmar had to register her birthday, because I had to do it too and I made my profile before she did. However, until now I haven’t received birthday wishes from Viki, so I think this is a new (nice) feature they started. My birthday is early in the year, so I’ll just wait for what they send me next year :grinning:
