am i the only one with this problem?
I haven’t had this issue yet, Try signing out and exiting then open again and sign in. Usually that will happen if i have too many pages open in history or cookies overfill.
I have the same problem at the moment. The last time it happened it worked again after two hours, but signing in and out and cleaning cookies doesn’t seem to help with it.
I already encountered that problem…It happened to me when I first got my QC badge… Done everything such as clearing cookies… shutdown… but nothing happens… To watch the shows i wanted, I used my mobile phone using the app. After a few weeks of waiting… I can now watch viki in my desktop.
Two weeks is too long time to wait. As @umno says, you should contact viki’s help centre.
I had this a few times and realised the video wouldn’t load unless all the social buttons on the side (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) were fully loaded. As if my browser tried to block them. Or, these buttons load last, so I’m getting the wrong impression.
