Can't view any videos anymore

Hi, I have been a longtime user of this site, and now with the implementation of Viki Pass I am constantly getting an error message that “I may have an adblocker installed.” Except that I don’t. I have even double checked my chrome browser to make sure there is nothing that should be triggering this kind of message. I have opened a help ticket about this but it has been several days and I have yet to receive any kind of response. I’m wondering if other people have the same problem and if they were able to resolve it without purchasing Viki Pass. I appreciate any feedback or assistance. Thank you!

I’m having the same problem and I ve tried everything to get it to work without with having to purchase the VikiPass account. But. no such luck so far. I have also not received a response on my ticket about this issue.
