How many PMs on average do you receive per day?
Depends on how popular the channel is and how soon people find the channel and how many people I PMed myself to ask if they want to help me out. It can be 5 to 10 but also a lot more. I once got about 150+ in a day because I had a Kdrama with a really popular cast.
That’s excluding all the other PM’s I get for projects I work on.

& You guys can see the progress of all language teams and who does which part right? even if it’s locked. Is there a limit on how many people you or they can recruit?
Yes, we can see the progress of every language. As for which part, we depend on the subbers leaving a message in the Team Discussions page. I don’t think there’s a limit to how many we can recruit. Depends on the role, though.

Yes, we can check everything but I don’t have time to check everything so when something goes wrong somewhere I have to depend on people to PM me about it. For the CM position there is a maximum of two people but for all other positions there isn’t one as far as I know but then you need to ask yourself do I really need so many people for a certain position? I mean you don’t need 10 English mods or 30 seggers for a 16 ep Kdrama.
And for the PM’s I noticed it’s mostly like this:
You get the most PM’s when you just got the channel, there has been some promotion on Viki or other sites, or around airing days. Sometimes you don’t get a PM about it for weeks.
