Yes, indeed it is. It was Invisible Love and now retitled as Turbulent Love 季雨倾城 and confirmed to premiere on March 16.
Also, just a drama tidbit, it’s considered a “Standard mini or Web series” with duration of about 30-40 mins per episode, with no more than 30 episodes, in this case, 20 episodes total (MDL).

Thanks for the confirmation! I’m excited to watch this new Fan Zhi Xin drama. It’s so frustrating when the producers change the names of the dramas. So confusing. Anyway, I’m glad V got the liscense for “Turbulent Love.”
