I got the Viki pass and paid for it, but I still see commercials. I have sent 3 messages to the support team with no answer. I tried everything they say to try in the troubleshooting area, but still see commercials. Moreover, when I go to the “cancel membership” area to cancel (because if no one helps me, then I might as well cancel), I don’t even show as having a subscription! So I can’t cancel it! Next month I will have the $3.99 taken from my bank again and no one responds to my problem!!!
