How do I change a Help Center request to solved?

I somehow don’t find the option anymore. I thought it was possible to set it to solved when a former problem doesn’t exist anymore?

Maybe that needs to be done by staff (nowadays)?

Yeah maybe, but then they may have unnecessary work/reading?

Or should I just add a new comment: solved now? Might that help?

I think that would help. And in case there’s still an option to change it yourself they would probably tell you when they read it.
