Does anyone know how long is viki taking latelly to approve channels or to reject the submission? Before was 72 hours, but know is taking ages…

I still have a channel that I submitted like 2 months ago that hasn’t been answered. I also have a few from a few weeks ago…
They seem busy, so I try to not rush them.
I think with the number of channels they receive they might not respond if it hasn’t been approved. I submitted something 4 months ago and I’m almost certain it was rejected and never got an email.
Thank you all for your answers, but @sofiya399 does that channel still show up in your projects? because if it does then it means they haven’t check that, still to me this is very annoying, they might be busy but after 4 months they should give an answer or something

I rarely have channels approved that quickly. Usually, it’s a few weeks, into months (depending on how much time is between the time the channel is submitted and the show airs), for something to get approved/denied. It also probably depends on the content’s origin country as well. I’ve seen some Korean drama titles get approved way faster than Chinese titles; I’m not sure if there’s just different staff taking care of each, or if there are more legal reasons for it.
For my latest few channels, I also haven’t been getting messages about whether the channels are approved or denied. I saw a few channels disappear from my roles, and I can’t access them, so I figure those have been denied. And then I’ll get some people messaging me about joining a new channel, and I’ll realize that that one’s been approved. So…
Update, still none of the channels I requested before are accepted or refused…I really don’t know wanna try to manage any more channels then because if they are not accepting anything but Korean channels then they should let us know, or at least what are they accepting and what not so we don;t wait for months and months
