How to effectively finding volunteers?

Hi there,

Does anyone can give me tips of how effectively find volunteers to help me with some projects?
I tried the volunteer finder. It does give me lists of volunteers in the language I’m after, but as I clicked their names, most of them are active months ago.
How to find active volunteer?

For the language you are interested in, check recently completed drama, and go to “volunteers” on the main page – go through the list. If you click on the avatars of subbers on the volunteer page, the recent contribution is going to tell you what language they subbed in. These people are still active because they were working or a recent channel.
