I’m guessing you’re using a computer to watch viki, not a phone or pad, right?

  1. Try emptying your internet browser’s cache.

  2. Second most common issue is slow internet connection. You can try streaming an HD video from another site, such as youtube. If you feel even that video is slow, it’s probably your internet.

But, yes, Viki homepage has become a bit slow for me, too, with the new slide show preview and LOTS of small interactive suggestions to view videos.
