So on some pages, the layout of the website is changing,

but now it seems that it applies on the whole site, so I guess this is a new version of viki, which would explain why the server was down a few times, because they were updating viki
Thoughts ?
I noticed a switch on and off since at least July once gray/normal dashboard and next the blue that screened here. Today a new LAYOUT of Viki. Last night I wanted post a comment “while signed in” and there is none post button it asks to sign in again with FB, Disqu, does that make SENSE?? I posted last month it worked normally… without any announcement or notice… VIKI que passa?

That’s why I came on the discussion board today. I thought I’d lost my Viki connection but no it’s all new. Don’t know if I like it yet but guess I’ll get lost a few times until I’ve figured out how to find my dramas.
Yes there is a new layout, which makes navigation even harder from the front page… I really hope they will add some quick ways to go directly were one wants, but I guess we’ll have to wait for another version.
The commenting system is maybe still broken from that change, let’s wait and hope for a quick fix.

@pachipachi, you mentioned that the comments are broken. I just tested them out and they seem to work for me, but can you give me a bit more detail as to what you’re seeing?

Hi, @Mariko! I just wrote a ticket to the HC, but I’ll also post here.
The cover page settings seem a little bit weird after the recent changes. Images are out of the borders, even though they look fine after saving. It’s kind of annoying for us to visualize the design correctly. Previously the visualization was perfectly fine.

Personally I find it a mess, there is to much going on on the frontpage.
With so much mentioned on the frontpage it’s indeed easier to discover new content Viki has to offer but when you look for a certain thing. I don’t like the order either, I think the On Air and Coming soon should be a bit more on top and the Recommended titles, top drama clips a bit more down. Ohh and now I talk about it on many things there is a “see more” would be cool if Continue watching has that too since I watch more series on the same days.
Now something positive: I like the huge header and the blue is my favorite color 
@Mariko On some sections the comment section doesn’t work properly no matter how many times I refresh, disqus is being evil again… Look here:
Unfortunately most of us have difficulties commenting on the episodes we watch. Some of us try it like 12 times to just post 1 comment. It’s really bothersome and i hope it will be fixed soon
Usualy I’m logged automatically to the comments when I scroll down to that section, now there is only the button login appearing.
And hearing from the others complaining, and according to the very low number of comments on uploads of the day, I concluded there was an issue. I didn’t try myself to comment.
I really dislike this update, it’s so hard to navigate, and this disqus thing is really confusing and now all the comments are gone on the videos !!
after several hours and refreshing and login and off the comment issue is still remaining, it ask to sign on with other features like FB twitter and so, while Im logged in so I click on the name box fill out user email pw, and it says someone is using that user name, haha… time will tell I won’t try any longer, I sent to VIKI a screen shot… what’s that pop up about using an unique avatar, hehe I have my own…weird…
Yeah it didn’t let me log in a few weeks ago and the layout seems different but I think the blue ribbon is staying.
