If you like Kdramas check out the American movie It Happened One Night on Viki. It is a movie from the 30s but it really reminds of the Korean romantic comedies down to the sharing of the bedroom.It was made before Hollywood started censoring the movies. A lot of smart back and forth and the main female is a rich spoiled but smart woman running away from her rich dad who opposes her marriage to a shady guy.
Oh I am half way through and there is a whole discussion about what is a proper piggy back ride. I have watched this movie so many times since I first saw it when I was in my teens.
Frank Capra’s It Happened One Night has also been remade by Hindi cinema, most notably as “Chori Chori” in 1956 starring Raj Kapoor and Nargis and as “Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin” in 1991 starring Aamir Khan and Pooja Bhatt.
