Yeap, it’s a general issue. The same happened to me too. Hopefully, they’ll fix it soon.

I had it too (and not just for Korea, but for everything), but it’s only with “Popular - This Week”. If you put it on “Popular - All Time” you will see shows.
I thought it was cause the new week had just started (well, at least in Singapore), so that no show was popular yet “this week”.
