K-Town is Korea Town, and Korea Town is K-Town. If you watch K-Dramas, K-Movies, K-Variety shows, and keep up with K-Celebrity News, visiting Korea Town is only apt.

The third largest Korean population in a city? Los Angeles, California, after Seoul and Busan. For miles along Wilshire Blvd, Pico Blvd and Olympic Blvd from downtown LA all the way west nearly to the Pacific Ocean – only Hollywood and Santa Monica are in the way! Every Korean business and service you can think of is available. Unfortunately no stand of cherry trees like along the Han River in Seoul, no palaces, no street market to match Myeongdong or Namdaemun street markets.
I’ve also visited the one in Sydney, Australia which is right next to Chinatown.

I thing it was about 10 years ago, I visited New York with friends and raved about Korean food and Kimchi. We went to a restaurant, I remember we were on the 2nd floor and had Korean BBQ with the grill in the table. A lady in hanbok played the Gayageum below. We had also soup and many side dishes and of course tried Soju. We loved it all 
We strolled also through the H-Mart and I forgot to buy Soju to take home 
Other than that since it was night I do not remember much of the town.

I have been in a K-town area in Kew Gardens (FLUSHING QUEENS area). They have a lot of places to eat pastry and a variety of Korean dishes, but they must have their good reasons for their ridiculous expensive prices. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a Korean food place they show in K-dramas.

I totally agree that visiting K-Town is a must for any K-drama or K-pop fan! It’s so cool how Korean culture has influenced different parts of the world. From food to music and fashion, Korea is making its mark globally. It makes sense that places with large Korean populations like California and New York have huge K-Towns. But it’s also cool that even smaller communities in Brazil and Germany have embraced Korean culture. The popularity of the food, music, and movies has definitely helped spark interest.
