For some reason the comments section of all places is in Spanish, but everything eklse is English (which is my preference). How do I fix this?
Have you refreshed the page? It happened to me a few times. It became Chinese, Korean, Spanish etc. But after refreshing the page, usually the comment section reverted back to English.

same here it goes from here to there and back… it seems it depends who comments the most in that language or perhaps views in that language, I haven’t figured the “secret” to this happening out 
it’s the Disqus system, not vikis.
It’s a known bug for months that I actually like??? Strange enough. I actually like looking at the text for delete and edit in different languages.
