I liked the old way… the Option with the user name was good
Also I am having issues login in. I can’t log in for minutes and have to try again and again. And when I am finally logged in and want to go back one side I am again log out.

I don’t know if this is a problem because of the new layout but I need to login again and again everytime I move to a new page and to another message. This is not a regular problem but it does happen after a couple of pages.

I just had the same thing each time I was trying to go to the explore page. 
It seems okay for now … 
I guess with the issues of the collection, the negative subtitle counter, the login and maybe other things …
The page seems to be quite buggy, let’s be patient since so much is going on, I am pretty sure the techies at Viki are aware of it.

I’m having issues logging in, too. I can sign in no problem, but the second I go to a show’s page, I’m logged out.

Is this the app? I think I always had to login with mail - never used the app version since that one time I used it it was kinda bugged already so I only used it once one year ago or so.
PS:
The login-logout problems sound like the problems I had last year with PC/browser login, was never able to be really logged in until they fixed it after some time.
no, it´s not the app. within the app you can´t read your mails, etc… you can just watch dramas and browse for some others.
i always use the browser.
It seems like I am facing the same problem again. I needed to log in 6 times, in this order.
- Opened my profile. (I am always logged in but needed to log in) and then opened my inbox.
- “Can’t find message” (Log In)
- Opened another message (again log in)
- Opened a drama (log in)
- Opened my contributions page in another tab (log in)
- Opened manage channel page (needed to log in again)
I guess, it last happened 24hrs ago after that everything was fine but now I need to log in again and again and it everytime leads me to viki.com.

I am 100% sure now that there is a new bug.
I was in the middle of editing and suddenly got logged out. I am trying to log in since then but every time I log in, viki.com opens and from there when I click on Profile from the drop down menu or even enter my profile’s URL, the moment I get into my profile, I am logged out once again.
Oh god, I haven’t closed viki, so Im good until it’ll kicks me out.
But honestly, why the feature to log in with other linked accounts…
like gmail, apple etc. I’m no fan of these syncing (on other
websites too) The footprint just gets bigger and bigger… 
I didn’t have a bug but I was so used to only using my nick for login that I even forgot my email account.

i also liked this. if you have many email accounts this can happen easily. so i want this option back.
and i hope not to got kick ourt everytime i am finally locked in.

I hate this too but sadly it is almost everywhere now… even gaming!! launchers do have this now
(and on the other hand it is always said ‘protect’ your datas and don’t use same stuff everywhere but if someone logs in only with fb/google etc it is one for everything = least possible security)

Me, too! It gets frustrating. Even when I have logged in on a tab, I still need to log in when I open a new tab.
I’m not sure with VIKI I think it was with Google/Facebook from the beginning, depending if you login on discussions or main page first, but since it is almost everywhere I am not 100% sure with VIKI main page and I don’t want to log out now because last year I also had the login bug and couldn’t stay logged in for 2 weeks (= 2 weeks it always kicked me out I couldn’t do anything to fix that, no matter which browser I tried; it was only fixed with a VIKI patch or something like that for their page).
