Hi there!
The most stupid question, is the question never asked.
I am from Germany and for both our countries most European licenses fit.
You can watch all the dramas, that are visible on the home page of Viki (the visible screen depends on your IP), as well as the drama and shows listed under TV, or movies under categorie MOVIES. What isn’t visible you can’t watch. It’s as simple as this.
Viki is legal, it obtains licenses but you have to keep in mind that some licenses may be temporary, unfortunatly they did not manage till today to give a proper warning, when the licenses will end before it actually ends.
There is a “grey zone” of dramas that are available to watch, as long as the license holder will not stop it. Viki will either erase the whole channel or only the videos depending what the copyright owner demands.

Thanks lutra for you answer and for not making me feel stupid. This helps me a lot as I was getting really desperate because websites like hula say " video cannot be shown in your country "
