I’ve been a QC for some time now and I’ve got the general idea of it but there are always some confusing things, some stuff I can’t find an answer to…
I’ve created this topic for other new QCs and QCs who need tipps or want to give tipps…
Because I thought creating a topic for just one question (which I’m going to ask soon) is kind of not helpful…
So, here’s my question: What are the annual end-of-year QC gifts? I got an email to fill in some stuff, but I don’t know anything about these gifts…??

So, you are asking what is that annual end-of-year QC gifts?
It’s of course surprise what Viki will send this year but I have received a ViKi HEADPHONE and a ViKi T-SHIRT last year.
I think you have an idea right now, right?

I have sent a help request, however it seems that Viki is quite busy at the moment, so I thought asking the community would be easier for all of us.

I’m a QC for years and the main thing you can do as a QC is watching almost everything Viki has to offer and you get a QC news letter. A few weeks ago I requested a certificate from Viki which I can use if someone wants to check I indeed do volunteerwork for Viki.
But there really was an end of year gift last year? How come I didn’t know about that?! I always read the QC newsletters and PM’s from the staff and honestly I didn’t know there was supposed to be a gift last year. All I know is that they once had a scavenger hunt for QC’s and maybe some free tickets to an event but that was US only or something. I filled in the form for this year right away,
Same here. I didn’t even know there was such thing as a QC gift since they didn’t send it to me, not that I really care about a T-shirt and such. I guess I could use a headphone, if I get one.
I wanted to get in touch with viki in order to ask about getting a volunteer certificate so I went to the Help Center but everything’s changed and I can’t find the old “submit a request” thingy that we used whenever we had something to say. Does anyone know where it went/ where they put it?
Process works like this:
Send a mail with stating your request to help@viki.com
Viki will reply you with a link which you can see your request’s state. Or you may just reply if you have any addition.
Then If issue has been solved or not, you will again receive a mail from viki.

If u go to the support page and click on your name on the top right, then click my activities from the drop down, u should see submit request somewhere in the right center. Hope you can find it
