Why I can not watch videos on Viki

some days I can watch the drama which I love, but today the video is not there in my mobile app.

Hi @mellkiarika! Is it working for you now? If not, did you try logging out and in again on the mobile app? Or even deleting and downloading the app? Sometimes those actions help.
If this issue happens in the future, I would suggest sending a report into the Help Center, including information about which video(s) didn’t work and the type of phone you use. Thanks!
