I got onto my roku to watch episode 28 of firey priest, no English subs came up. I did attempt to chane it with the settings and still didn’t work, so is there somewwhere I am supposed to ask for help on this issue> and by the way this is my first time having a problem with Viki on Roku, other dramas are playing fine. I came on here and played firey priest and it was fine.

I have a Roku problem too. All my subtitles are German, and no setting allows me to change the subtitles back to English.
Also, when I opened the Roku app, it loaded episode 29 automatically of a drama I was only up to episode 9 of (with the subtitles in German.) It’s like someone was watching the show in German while I was sleeping.

Ahem. I know how to use my Roku 3 and it was not bringing up the K to Eng this morning - but all other apps were working on subs, so it’s the viki app.
I was looking forward to watching Haechi since I can get about half of that raw, I am no whiz at Korean. 
Oh well. Hopefully they know.

Thanks. Appreciated - but honestly, this app has had a lot of headaches.
Oh well. I use it mostly to edit, by the way - so…the drama I really need to see the big picture on is going to be hanging on waiting for the fix.
Haechi is an excellent drama, and I’ll wait to watch it on the big screen. I’ve seen the eps raw, I’m just not sufficiently strong in Korean to well, get the historical nuances and it is a political and well-written drama so far.
Time to look about and see what I need to do that doesn’t involve my Roku for the moment then.

I wish timed comments were enabled on the roku Viki TV app. I love the timed comments on Viki and hate that when I watch it on my Roku TV they aren’t there and aren’t even an option.
the main roku device settings wont let me change, anything.
