Does anyone have any suggestions for Romance or series that don’t have a horrible mother-in-law or a B****y love rival.
If I remember correctly What’s wrong with Secretary Kim, & Murphy’s Law of Love fit this closely enough. Any other suggestions?
“Perfume” has a MIL who likes her son’s lady love a lot. There is a love rival but she’s not that bitchy. A bit clingy but not bitchy, considering.
"Where Stars Land". The male lead is an orphan, so… And there is no other female competing for his favours.
"He is Psychometric" - the male lead is also an orphan.
"Her Private Life". Mother is a good sport. There is a female second lead who is bitchy only for a while, then becomes nice and stays nice.
"The Secret Life of My Secretary". The mother is a monster but mostly to her own son, there is no interaction with his love. And no female second lead that I remember.
"Hotel del luna" - Neither has any parents. The boy’s father is dead, his mother has abandoned him and then she too passed away. No second male lead or second female lead so far, and we’re already at 11 out of 16 episodes.

I’m not sure they are the kind of romance you are looking for though. I’m pretty sure they have no rivals or bad mother in laws.

on the subject of De Luna do you think there will be a second season since they showed the new owner. I am not for sure but is it the bell boy? and is the actor actually a k-pop star I cant wait
A second season for Hotel del Luna? I really don’t think so.
