Instead of having the comment being “reported” to the Viki team to be dealt with, why doesn’t Viki just grant some trusted Viki users to remove comments? It would save more time.
(This is just my opinion, I’m not trying to offend anyone or start a riot.)
Viki uses Disqus as their comment platform, but you can still assign moderators on a per site basis. So if Viki were actually willing to, they should be able to add comment mods.
