Subtitle Problem PLEASE HELP

After signing up for Viki Pass the subtitles are out of sync, they are not appearing on sceen when the actors ore speaking. they are going off and on , please help

Does it happen on all channels the same? Can you tell us which channel you are referring to? It may be that the channel hasn’t had the subtitles completed yet.
