Has anyone experienced this? It would show “Subbed by _____ team” “Episode #” then its gone.
This just started happening recently. I’ve watched plenty before and it was working fine.

When it freezes subtitles dissappear, or other annoying flukes with Chromecast, I disconnect my wifi and then reconnect. It seems to help. Chromecast has a lot of flukes, but it is the only way I can watch Viki on my TV. I don’t really like Chromecast that much. Roku is superior, but Viki currently goes with Chromecast using the Viki App. I do hope Viki will go with Roku as well. Roku is much more popular than chromcaste. Plus, you have to buy a separate Chromecaste if you want to use it on a different network like when I go to help my parents. That isn’t the case with Roku. You can use the same one where ever you go with out going through the hoops that Chromecast puts you through. Hopefully, it will improve, but try disconnecting from your wifi and then restart your Viki app, reconnecting the wifi again. I has helped with some of these flukes.
