If you’re talking about The Eternal Monarch, NX is also in Europe. I kind of doubt Viki will get a licence there, as well.

You’re right for here, but I meant Netflix. Till now in Germany no channel for Rugal, so I hope it may comes when the drama is finished 
And for the king we will see if we also get it and when 
Yes, I also realized that nowadays shows on Norwegian NX either come once they have already finished running on Korean TV or they come with a two-week lag, probably to allow translations. I think there’s hope left.

Top Management is has Cha Eun from Astro in it, its supposed to be a somewhat bi drama. It ended in 2018.

Chill, Netty! She probably wanted to say, that Cha Eun is part of the cast for the webdrama Top Management and it may get a late license on Viki.
Rugal will start on Netflix Germany on May, 25th. No on air schedule for The King: Eternal Monarch so far.
Top Management is on Youtube but I think it would be nice to have on viki since he is an actor here
