Linda already wrote something about comments and/or reviews from “unknown” in a previous post 2 or 3 weeks ago, I forgot when.
For the anonymous profile, I’ve seen it in the sub editor but because of a possible bug, idk if it was the same profile each time or a possible bug that could have switched the normal username to “anonymous” username.
When I asked last year about anonymous profile in this forum, someone told me that it must be someone from Viki because the anonylous profile showed a date of creation of january 1 1970, Unix time used in programs. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2533563/why-are-dates-calculated-from-january-1st-1970/2533567
It happens to me a lot in a Spanish drama I was working on. I made a comment on the TD to the CM but never received an answer.
At first I thought it was a staff from Rviki, checking our work in the drama but I have my doubts now. A subber was complaining that this ‘‘anonymous’’ had 60 subs added in her seg that she didn’t do herself (about 60 subs).
This anonymous person stays for hours in the page, and when I try going into that anonymous page,everything is O% and no information is available.
This is going on for months now, and I still think is part of the staff either checking our work or trying to fix any issues we have on the drama. The added subs seemed to me too extreme since a subber was assigned that part already.
I find it uncomfortable that someone can enter a locked channel and make changes without asking permission or giving an explanation as to the reason why they are there.
