So I have never had a problem with any of the videos playing on Viki even when others post up that they are getting a message that says “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.” But for nearly a week now, the videos have been unavailable and that is the message I am seeing everytime I try to watch ANY video. I know it’s not my browser because I have tried to watch them with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and even resorted to Internet Explorer. -.- I also know it is not my computer because I can still watch any video on any given site. ._. Anyone know what’s the problem?
You really need to go directly to the help center with this. A Viki help person may or may not see this and who knows what anyone else will advise.
