So I recently ran out of my viki pass and now every time I play a video, it stops loading. I refresh it again but it still does the same thing

Apart from reloading the page, or try a different browser, I can’t think of many other possiblities. Sometimes even logging out and sign back in helps, but there is no warranty for that.
Do you use add-blocking?
Then try not using it, if nothing helps you might need to write a request at the Viki Help Center.
