Hi since a few days I I cannot access to Viki App with my email Hotmail.This is the email which I did my account.What can I do?
The app told me that the email is invalid. Then the app close and doesnt work at all @irmar @ammm11 @marykarmelina
This is a purely technical thing, I’m afraid I don’t have any bright ideas to offer. Moreover I use the app like once in a blue moon, and now with the quarantine, never, since I’m at home there’s no reason to not use my laptop.

The app works fine for me, although my email is with gmail. Did you check that your email address is correct? Even a comma for a period would render it invalid. If you are certain it is correct, try to reboot your mobile. For me, when the app doesn’t respond properly, I do that and all’s well. Good luck!
You can still use the app when you are at home. You can watch a drama on the TV screen (bigger screen) via Chromecast (or other stick devices). It’s really pretty neat.
I don’t have a TV at home. I’m not a TV person, more of an internet person. However I’ve tried joining my laptop with my mom’s TV with an HDMI cable, and it worked well.
