I subscribe for $3.99/monthly why there’s still advertisements when I’m using my Kindle Fire Tablet. Please help.
i think you should try logging out than in and if the problem persists send a message to the help center it might be a bug.
I tried logging out and in nothing happened I’ll try to contact customer service if VIKI ahs one. Thanks W.

Unfortunately Viki Pass is not yet available on Kindle Fire because we haven’t updated the app yet. But we hope to have the app update out soon.
