Volume issue

Hello!

I’m having issues with the volume. I was watching God’s Gift - 14 Days (Ep.1), but after around 10 minutes of watching, the volume just stopped working. There’s nothing wrong with my computer as I can hear it just fine when I watched on DramaFever, played a video on YouTube, and listened to a song on iTunes. The volumes for the ads work, but not for the drama. I also experienced the same problem for Beyond the Clouds (Ep.6).

Is/has anybody else experiencing/experienced the same problem? What can I do to fix this?

It happens to me if I use the timed comments feature a lot. I clear the cookies and log back in, and then it works fine again.
