Since the IT guys messed with Viki, the subtitles are missing when one first starts the drama. To get them to appear, one must stop and restart the drama. THANKS WORTHLESS IT GUYS.

Hey, super annoying — Viki’s subtitle glitch on first play is usually fixed by:
- Press asterisk (*) or gear > pick the second English sub track.
- Or switch to Chrome (Edge caches weirdly).
- Or pause, back out, re-enter the episode.
IT probably broke caching — these workarounds bypass it. Done.
Should I “Do the Hoke Poke and Turn Myself About ?” FIX it! It’s Viki’s responsibility.
On a phone in the Viki app, you can get the subtitles back by playing 10 sec forward/back. I thought maybe it needed some buffer so I tried pausing it, but that didn’t work.
