Regional limitations have almost entirely overrun QC status. And this seems to be all fine and dandy with most until you get a project locked for the Americas.

I’m still calling bullshit on the language restriction to English only. It’s just an excuse to limit all other languages and goes hand in hand with regional restrictions. It’s a perfect system.

And the issue with Kocowa does not explain why QCs aren’t getting as many open series from broadcasting companies outside of Kocowa.

I think Viki needs to strengthen again the QC status. We need more open shows and more freedom to translate!
