How to create/who can create, anyone?

Do you know anymore details? How do they decide what’s a fan channel? Is it related to our, collectively, submitted, request a show forms, or something else?
Thanks @damiechan! I thought they had restarted allowing the fans to do so.

@leerla73 In the past, anyone could create a fan channel, but this is no longer possible. I’m not exactly sure how it works at the moment. I only know that Viki is the one creating the channels right now. I assume they create fan channels for shows we request and for shows where they think a license is likely.
