You should contact the channel manager, in this case bkiss, since the uploader is viki.

In case you experience anything like this, for a licensed drama, Viki is responsable for the videos, so you need to contact them.
For a fan-channel, the channel team is responsable for the videos, so you need to contact one of the team members or leave a comment at the channel, please not below the videos, because the chances it will be read on time are slimmer.

Since Viki is the uploader, not one member of the team can do anything about the videos. And you never know about the time difference, when the chanal manager will be able to read the pm/comment, and channel managers have no higher priority at the help desk. So it’s best to send a request or an e-mail directly to Viki.
