Let’s try a wild guess, just for fun, although I’m 1000% sure it’s not that: chocolate log with chocolate sprinkles?
Like the one Yule log in the pic, with sprinkles sprinkled on it?

I found two nice pictures of the dish. It is actually vermicelli with spicy minced pork.
