I’ve been getting bored of pretty much every drama I start lately and I find myself in need of some suggestions.
I mostly like comedies (Especially silly, weird, absurd and quirky ones) but I do appreciate a good fast-paced drama of any kind.
I’m currently thoroughly enoying The Good Witch.
Recent dramas I’ve enjoyed a lot: Radio Romance, Protect the Boss and Argon (not on Viki but oh well…)
Recent dramas that dissapointed me: Incomplete Life (quite a bit ), Medical Top Team
All-time favourites: Romantic Doctor Kim, Voice, Kill Me Heal Me, Chief Kim, Jealousy Incarnate (It did get a bit boring near the end though), Queen of Mystery (Koco-why…)
Not a fan of period dramas and very “deep” emotional dramas.
Do you have Netflix? I recently watched ‘The sound of your heart.’ It’s a light-hearted drama about the life of a webcartoonist. If you watch the drama, you’ll see there are many references and parodies of famous dramas and Korean variety shows, so that was very funny to me.
Baek Hee Has Returned and Family Is Coming look promising.
I’ve already watched Marriage Not Dating and it was pretty good.
As for the Netflix one… I did give it a chance in the past but lost interest early on. It was definitely funny though.

You may wonder how come I don’t butt in and throw some of my own suggestions.
Well, because reading that you were disappointed in my all-time favourite, Incomplete Life (although you did like some that I also liked), and that you like silly (slapstick, probably?) comedies, I understand that my suggestions might not be right for you. Therefore I prudently abstain.
I actually started Incomplete Life because I read you raving about it. It was interesting (albeit a bit depressing) at first but I eventually got bored of it. I think it’s because I was expecting something like Chief Kim which was more “upbeat”.
And yeah, “slapstick” is a great word to describe the type of comedy I like.
