Restarted the app a few times and it still says the same.
Earlier this week, I had a similar issue on my iPhone. None of the videos would play, and the “Try Again” message kept appearing. I updated the app to the newest version, and it fixed the problem.
I just checked if the app needed an update and it was up to date. But the problem started when I clicked on “watch now” on an article at Soompi for an upcoming Kdrama viki has licensed. It opened the app to play the video but got the error right away.
