I would never go in and make changes to someone else’s thread - why would you do that?

It used to but no longer, just like you have the pencil to edit your own titles you could see such a pencil on all other titles and as a regular you could make changes.

Yes, why? People will get annoyed, and it doesn’t help with the peace in the community. So even if it is just a typo, you can just PM that person and tell them to make a change.

When I got that and read the definition I asked myself what purpose would that serve, I was guessing only in severe cases or something like that…

I think I wrote if it were for some reason necessary, a certain severity or alike… I don’t have good exemple… as you read it has been removed… just like some questionable/uncomfortable threads have been removed by the staff…

Thank you so much @kdrama2020ali me neither. Like I said; I also have NEVER touched anyone’s stuff bc I respect people’s privacy. I had the bad experience that one person with this badge did things and not ONCE but several time,s and thankfully the staff made the change so that it can’t be done anymore.

What baffles the mind; Who gave such a ridiculous suggestion? What is the purpose in that? Did they ever thought this is an invasion of people’s privacy? Crossing a line of making changes bc they feel the know it all? What’s so hard of telling the person via PM ‘‘Hey you made a spelling mistake’’ or ‘‘your title is too wide or not clear enough etc…’’

STILL: what makes them so perfect to be correcting others; when they themselves make mistakes too? NO one is better than anyone here, and if we make a mistake, no one has the right to change what we wrote without our permission. So if ANYONE wanted to change/’‘correct’’ something I wrote, that person needed to ask me if they could do it, and NOT bc THEY HAVE A REGULAR BADGE that allows them to cross that line. WE all deserve RESPECT and not be picked on bc a badge gives them that chance.

It’s the 3 levels of the badges, Brown, Grey then Mustard. I don’t think they change colour, you just get the appropriate badge when the criteria is met. It just looks uncoloured having grey as the middle colour. blevel

Level 1 = orange - brown, Level 2 = grey, Level 3 = yellow

Maybe they’ll add color to that ugly and depressing gray BADGES. I wonder why they picked that color. its a depressing color (for me)
