I have experience with subtitling on Viki and I’m available to work on Italian subtitles from English.

Hi, maybe write the Italian Mod and ask her why there are no subs and if the CM has an Info if that movie will get them in the future.

it appears that Viki has lost the license for this series.
Although language teams are still assigned to the channel, the subtitles are currently available only in English. In the past, this series was translated into over 20 languages.
There is also an Italian moderator listed, which indicates that the Italian subtitles were completed before. However, at the moment Viki holds the license for English only.
