So is the main lead actually immortal and they haven’t gotten to his background, or is this not a fantasy drama?

I have definitely got to finish this one! I started a few weeks ago and truely forgot it, senior moment I guess, the show Goblin on DF got me to thinking about this one . and the others I haven’t finished.
The other name for the show is Fausts’s Smile and I know Faust has to do with making a deal with the devil so maybe he sold his soul to get revenge for his family and that is why he has powers or maybe he is the devil… Haven’t watched it yet but will soon
