I’m CQ, I Viki Pass and still can not watch some programs blocked in my country, and you? 
I think the perks for QCs have changed recently. We are no longer free to access content we’d like to work on, unless it is available in our country.
Viki Pass also has some location restrictions.

Yes me too, there are some Dramas who aren’t available in my country even if I’m a QC. I know it’s sad, but when I see that before having QC I couldn’t watch some series and now yes+ the fact that we have Vikipass and that sometimes we are the 1st ones to watch some episodes, I’m glad
