Yes, Viki has a license. The channel has already been created.

I searched but no such drama on Viki yet…
The channel is not yet visible to the public. It will be visible when you can apply to become a CM.

@a_hauth_238 correct, only “Something went wrong…” comes up.
But where do you see the channel posted to apply? If I go to Project Finder it’s not there…
I see only 2 channels for a while to apply… this is somewhat cumbersome…

When the time comes, it will appear in the Project Finder.
This is not cumbersome. Viki prevents bad ratings due to missing subtitles. They only switch the channel to visible when it is about to start (most of the time anyway).

You have to wait until there is a CM who will then set up his team. Then you apply to the CM or the CE. Until then, you have to be patient because nobody knows how the team will be set up and which positions will be allocated.
