What exactly is the nature of it and is it good bad ?

It mostly depends on your location, if in America it’s an option, for other places it’s not.

I am in Canada and currently have plus pass i still fail to understand the relationship between them

I’m going to simplify it at a consumer level.

  1. KOCOWA content are all the KBS, SBS and MBC Korean dramas included with the Plus Pass.

  2. Viki dramas are the rest. Require Standard or Basic Pass to view them in HD without ads.
