Yes, because, as I said, they don’t look at your name but at your IP. Of course if you take the trouble to turn off the router every time and turn it on again, then you’ll be assigned another IP (assuming you have dynamic IP).
HOWEVER I do believe this is cheating and I don’t approve of it. They want to know how many people are really interested enough in a drama, enough to go to the trouble of filling in and submitting the form. If you pretend to be a hundred people when in reality you’re only one, you’re making them believe this drama is much more popular than it really is. This is selfish. At least that’s my opinion - you’re free to disagree, of course.
