Apparently, it is a problem for German Deutsche Glasfaser users. Why, I haven´t got a clue.
is there any sloution for this problem with Deutsche Glasfaser? Or any support from viki?

I had a similar problem. I just got a HP chromebook for £175, they not expensive and for ny purposes watching and doing stuff just fine. So I just updated to 11. New update is around September or October. Hope you get something useful that you can watch again 
That´s it for me. After 2 months of not being able to watch what I have payed for, I´m quitting. It is not understandable and quite frankly disappointing.

Install GNU- linux. Depending on the hardware you might get some (other) use out of it.
Have you experimented with switching to the GIMP and Inkscape or Krita?
ugh, annoying when tech stops working on older systems like that. have you tried any alternatives to Viki that still support windows 7? curious if anyone here has ideas.

so is that why I am not able to watch viki due to what you said? I have tried to play some dramas after I got out of rehab and all, and yes I have found
alternatives, but Viki is my mainstay!
so do we just stop watching viki all together? I havent tried paying 9. or so monthly to see if I am able to watch Viki

I was watching Viki on my W10 until the “upgrade” on Sept 16. What is going on with this? I can watch it on my phone, but the screen is too small.

I have to admit to being a little confused as to your issue with the photos.
If you have been told that older versions of Photoshop won’t work on Windows 10 or 11, I can attest that at least Photoshop CS6 installs and runs perfectly fine on Windows 10 and 11. There are patches available from Adobe that made them work correctly with Windows 10, though the patches are a little difficult to locate on their website. I downloaded all of them and keep them on my system for when I need to reinstall.
In fact, all of the Creative Suite 6 aps are working on Windows 11.
You may be able to secure a copy of Photoshop CS6 second-hand with a product key and install that.

I completely understand how frustrating that must feel — tech updates can make it tough when older systems stop being supported. Still, I really hope you won’t give up on Viki just yet! 
If upgrading your system isn’t an option right now, maybe there’s a workaround you could try — for example, connecting your phone or tablet to a monitor using a simple HDMI adapter, or using a low-cost streaming stick that supports Viki (like Roku or Chromecast). That way, you could still enjoy your favorite shows on a bigger screen without needing a new computer.
Viki’s content is just too good to miss — I hope you’ll be able to find a setup that works for you!
