Can we have the search by year option back in Explore?

I remember that way back I used to search by year on the explore page so I could see which Kdrama, Jdrama etc I still wanted to watch of year X. It has been gone for ages if not years and I still miss it. Am I the only one who misses it?

No, you are not the only one 
 I want it back, especially since there are the yes and no or back again licenses. It makes my head spin to find a drama to watch at times, if by chance the title changed 
 Never mind.
It was nice to scroll though the content year by year - I could tell, watched, didn’t or wouldn’t mind a re-watch.

Even this option is gone, you can still use it.

https://www.viki.com/explore

After “explore” add ?year=2016 for example (https://www.viki.com/explore?year=2016). Now you can search the dramas from that year.

Thanks, but I’m not. I just missed that option and tried this, you can use ?sort=latest too.

The above said links don’t work for me I get the new interface of “Categories”, the system is not good nor it’s updated
 I feel there are projects missing on the pages
 Why did they just not leave the Explore pages be??? At least the old Coming Soon page still works
 The new page New&Coming Soon shows only in ribbon format from left to right and there are tons on missing

I am not at all impressed with the new version of the search feature. Even when you go to the ‘new releases’ page, there are things that have clearly been on Viki for quite some time. And there are things I know for a fact are practically brand new that are nowhere to be seen on this page. It’s quite frustrating.

That option doesn’t work anymore :disappointed:

The year search option was a very USEFUL tool. I still miss it. :disappointed_relieved:

It still works, but for moving on you need to change the year or page, oh, or country in the link never click on anything on the actual page, because it will bring you to the new page.
