Although the Help information reads that Viki Pass+ is available “in the Americas,” when I try to upgrade my subscription, no subscription option (other than the one I have had for years) is available.
Has anybody else run into this…& solved it? I hope I’m not missing something obvious. Any help would be appreciated.
If you are in the Americas and you don’t see the option for plus, it’s the sort of thing, for which you should open a ticket in Help. They are the only ones who can solve it for you.
